Strange Evidence will dive into the unexplained using footage from surveillance cameras. This footage will show things that are strange and unexplainable without further investigation. This series will show a group of experts investigating the footage.
Science Channel revealed more about this new series in a press release. Check that out below.
“Worldwide, 300 million surveillance cameras are watching us, on our streets, at work, and in our homes. At times, they capture images that don’t seem to follow the normal laws of physics. A new Science Channel series investigates mysteries caught on tape and uncovers the science behind some of the most bizarre occurrences ever recorded. With a team of experts analyzing footage that seems to defy explanation, including levitating cars on a freeway, a statue that appears to move on its own, and a spontaneous burst of flames, STRANGE EVIDENCE premieres Tuesday, October 17 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.
The premiere episode examines footage taken from a convenience store in Kentucky of a customer who suddenly caught on fire. Also, in Michigan a surveillance camera set up by a team of researchers recorded persistent eerie lights appearing at dusk, a phenomenon locals have been describing for over 40 years. Local legend connects the strange glow to the tragic death of a train signalman. But will the surveillance footage provide investigators with the evidence they need for a definitive earthly answer?
“These aren’t paranormal occurrences, but they are real mysteries captured on surveillance cameras that warrant further investigation,” said Wyatt Channell, Executive Producer, Science Channel.”

I’m looking for the video taken by a deep sea drone of a black, solid looking shape (almost like a boat anchor), floating downward when it morphs into a flowing creature with a football shaped head with lights on it. Where can I find that? Thank you!
Me too. Have you found it ?
YouTube “alien looking creature transforming near ocean floor at over 3700 feet” that’s the video clip I think.
I’m sorry, but this show is as ridiculous as the “experts” testimony on it. Are they that hard up for work that they subject themselves to this type of sensationalism? They sound like absolute idiots!! Shame on the Science channel for even putting on this show!!
Just watched the “weeping woman” segment First, the woman is actually creating a shadow on the ground, which means she’s solid! The security guys are not passing their arms or flashlights through her at all. They are moving around her, including in a circle around her head!!!!! Nice try
OMG, the episode featuring a potential UFO over Milwaukee, WI? First of all, your stock skyline footage was NOT Milwaukee. And your attempt to link the “UFOs” to to Ft. McCoy, a “major” installation? Hahahaa. Your so-called military expert Carlo Munoz can’t read a map. Its roughly 200 miles from there to Milwaukee.
This is the worst show I’ve ever seen. The UFO on the truck was a movie prop. The people you have are really believable. Let’s blow this up , oh wow nothing there. I’m an ex CIA agent you should hire me. Ha ha
Regarding the “Incident at Area 51” from 2018 – it looks like the craft is too large to be transported in California during the day. I am a long-haul truck driver, with over 15 years of oversize loads. In California (and other areas of the country), if a load gets too big, they move it at night when traffic is lightest. Civilian escorts (the vehicles with just yellow lights) are used, as well as police. There are lights strung along the edges of the widest part, so others don’t hit it (and the truck and escort drivers) can see where… Read more »
To Whom It May Concern,
I was watching an episode of “Strange Evidence” last night and there was a story about a long undulating monster in a river that was covered with snow. I really can’t believe that all of the experts could not see that this is just a long strand of weed moving in the current. You can see this by watching the part of the video where a snow-covered island is visible in the background. the “monster” is not moving. It is not a monster, it is a long strand of weed with some snow on it.
Regarding the camera in Taos, NM pointed to the “South East”<– quote from show! I'm sorry but first of all, the San Francisco Test Rocket depiction looked horribly fake, and well north of the Golden gate bridge! See attached screen shot of a map showing Taos,NM and SF, CA! Remember camera was pointed SE! Even if cam was ESE I doubt it would've captured the "rocket test" bc of mere geometry! Cities do not line up, BUT do you think the camera depicted an explosion NINE HUNDRED MILES AWAY!!?? Cmon man! I know most people watching TV are either gullible… Read more »
I’m watching an episode right now that’s “investigating” how the guy in that video survived getting struck by lightning twice. Towards the end of the segment, one dude questions whether the video is genuine. One problem: That video was debunked as a hoax years ago. Seriously? Please stop calling yourself the “Science” channel if you can’t even weed out the hoaxes and present then as fact. That’s not science, it’s yellow journalism.
very interesting
Do you really think by showing possible terrorists how to maybe pour a whole bunch of gas down the sewers to blow up city streets was remotely intelligent at all. Does any of your great scientific minds even have common sense at all. Really?
