Breaking Bad vet Aaron Paul is an unabashed super-fan of the new Stranger Things TV show on Netflix. He interviewed actress Millie Bobby Brown (above) who plays Eleven, a little girl with a bad haircut, limited speaking ability, and psychokinetic powers. During the interview, Paul asked the rising young star about a second season of Stranger Things.
In Stranger Things, season one, Eleven is befriended by Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), and Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin). The Stranger Things TV series cast also includes: Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Cara Buono, and Matthew Modine.
Here is what Brown has to say about Stranger Things, season two, from Elle.
Have you heard anything about season two? Please tell me everything.
I’m gonna tell you everything…I’ve heard nothing. [Laughs] You know Netflix. We haven’t had an official announcement yet. The Duffer brothers are open-minded. They’re geniuses. I would love [a second season]. I think all of us would. Listen, if I know, you’ll be the first one to know.
Paul and Brown then followed each other on Twitter and made plans to catch up, when she visits Los Angeles.
Here is how Netflix describes Stranger Things:
A love letter to the ’80s classics that captivated a generation, Stranger Things is set in 1983 Indiana, where a young boy vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.
What do you think? Have you watched the first season of the Stranger Things TV series? Do you think it will be cancelled or renewed for a second season on Netflix?
