Get ready to see The Drew Barrymore Show on your television. The series will launch in at least 85% of markets, per Deadline. CBS Television Studios will produce and distribute the daytime talk show, but nothing has been revealed about the format of the series yet.
CTD’s EVP of sales Jonathan Bingaman said the following about the response to The Drew Barrymore Show:
“The response from the station community has been overwhelming. Stations have really stepped up to support The Drew Barrymore Show, and we can’t wait to bring the show to life this fall.”
Drew Barrymore will join a daytime lineup that includes fellow new arrival, Nick Cannon, Tamron Hall, and Kelly Clarkson.
As fall gets closer, more details about the show’s format will likely be revealed.

I’ve tried watching it and I just can’t. She is over-the-top and is not entertaining. The format is awful and so is ‘Drews news’. I’d be surprised if it lasts. Sorry Drew.
I’ve tried to watch her show, I really have, but she is just so over the top, I don’t think I can anymore. She loooooves every one of her guests “sooooo, sooooo much,” and every one of them is her new bff. She just tries to be “on” all of the time. The only time I feel like I can enjoy the show is when she just calms down a bit, lets her guests talk, and isn’t soooo, soooo effusive. For me, the show is watchable when she takes it down a notch.
