It wasn’t a positive start for The Finder at all. It lost nearly 30% from its Bones lead-in in the demo and could only beat The CW’s Secret Circle in the timeslot. When compared with other FOX scripted shows, The Finder’s season average only beats Fringe on Friday nights. Even the already cancelled Allen Gregory performed better.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I love The Finder! It’s different than other shows. There’s drama, humor, intrigue…. don’t take it off! Finally a show that’s not just a police or medical drama!
Im so upset about this!!!
Another poor decision. Cool show, good plots enjoyed every episode. Going back to reading heck with TV.
Does my faithful viewership on amazon have any bearing on this? I am extremely disapointed that one of the best shows I’ve been able to find is on the chopping block. BAD FOX! NO COOKIE!
PLEASE…PLEASE….PLEASE renew The Finder. I watch every episode atleast 2-3 times. The characters are so diverse, This show gives brain injured veterans hope with the proper care and assistance they also can lead an almost normal life. As for the teenage population , again, here is a story of redemption. No matter what your past was,IT NOW that counts and what you do with tomorrow that counts. With the help of people who BELIEVE in you and give you positive reinforcement with warm hugs and atta girls not negative reinforcement wrapped in a drunken fist and or a person high… Read more »
If Fox cancels The Finder, it will b a sad day for people who don’t live inside a little box. The Finders quirky characters, Walters honor albeit strange ways he finds things… Leo’s enigmatic love of Walter and of the people who come to the End of the Earth bar… Sadly I believe that the TV Exec’s find that humor can’t be in a crime drama or what ever little pigeon hole they tried to stuff this into… This will be a sadly missed part of my Television watching.
Fox you suck. How can any show build viewership when you don’t keep the schedule consistent. This was a great show. If you gave anything other than crappy, brain dead reality half a chance maybe you’d keep more viewers.
This was the last straw for me. They keep cancelling the best television, but this was one of the best shows I’d ever seen. It’s inexcusable.
I hate Fox…so much. I’m not watching that network anymore. It’s just painful. I mean, why lie? It’s the series finale, just say it! Ugh, I’m disgusted with Fox. They’re horrible people who wouldn’t know good tv if it gouched their eyes out!
