TV show description:
Roseanne Barr, comedienne, sitcom star and self-proclaimed “domestic goddess,” debuted her syndicated day-time talk show two years after the end of her successful sitcom.
The set of her show is a comfortable living room and helps give the appearance that her celebrity guests are just stopping by for casual conversation. Still, it’s Barr’s candor and outspokenness that keeps audiences watching, just to see what questions she’ll ask her guests. No topic is ever off-limits to her and she’s never afraid to share her opinions or delve into discussions about politics, race, and religion.
The one-hour show, taped live in front of a live-studio audience, and featured celebrity guests like Whoopi Goldberg, Bette Midler, Jerry Springer, Judge Judy, Tori Amos, and Jamie Foxx. One memorable episode reunites the cast of her sitcom Roseanne.
I MISS this show! So many memories I have with this series. Loved the characters. Loved the themes of the shows. Loved the humor and Love Roseanne! Since the DVDs were release I cannot count the number of times I have rewatched the series from beginning to end. Still hoping for some kind of show reunion.
I LOVE THIS SHOW. I COME FROM A LARGE FAMILY. THIS REMINDS ME OF A “REAL” FAMILY. AFTER ALL THESE YEARS AND THE RE-RUNS THIS SHOW WILL MAKE ME LAUGH EVERY TIME. LOVE IT
