The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

I really liked watching Tomorrow People and was disappointed it was canceled. I found it on Netflix and thought it was a really great show and would have really love to see more seasons.

After scouring Netflix for a new source of entertainment for about half an hour, I stumbled upon “The Tomorrow People.” If I had known about the shows original airing I would definitely have been an avid viewer. I wish there were a second season because the show ended on such a large cliff hanger.
Its a great show. Should have never of been canceled the last episode was amazing. They ahould bring it back one of the best shows i’ve watched ever.

I have thoroughly enjoyed watching the Tomorrow People on Netflix. I feel that this series will if given the chance grow a big following. Hopefully when this happens series 2 will be created and aired.

This series of tomorrow people on Netflix and loved it. Now they are not renewing the series I think that stinks.But they will put more stupid reality shows on TV. Give me a break start listening to the viewers for a change. Discussed in Sc.

That was seriously one of my favorite shows. I can’t believe it was cancelled. That really pisses me off haha they should have at least made one extended episode to end it I think. But obviously that won’t be happening
that is fucked up …I just watched season 1 on Netflix and I was so exited about season 2 but its cancelled .. you just cant cancel a show like that, you got to give it an end . they have to finish what they started and is unfair for the people who really care about the show … no Bueno smh
