The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

So mad tomorrow people is being cancelled love this show and agree they should have let everyone know they switched to Monday night…..was so looking forward to season 2 :S I hope someone else picks it up.

IT IS AN AWESOME SHOW.
THEY SHOULD REALLY RECONSIDER A SECOND SEASON.
THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO LOVE THIS SHOW AND, PEOPLE THAT HAVE YET TO COME ACROSS IT AND FALL IN LOVE WITH IT AS WELL.

Dont cancel Tomorrow People. It is a good show. Intelligent plot, attractive stars and a lot of action!
I can’t understand why they cancelled this show it’s the first series and me and my wife are both hooked coming near the end we look forward to watching every episode and now we find out that the 2nd series has been cancelled just don’t understand it. The show is fantastic really all coming together here with Stephens dad coming back
I think we should just not watch CW network shows coz they always cancel them when things are getting hot!!!!
This series has been a highlight of my week since I first started watching it . I have no idea why this show hasn’t took off it is the best remade program ilsince battlestar galactica . How this posible with a series with such promise I have no control idea

They could have done a better job letting viewers know they had switched days. I believe that it the reason they lost viewership. The show is bettee than Arrow in my opinion. Hopefully Syfy picks it up.
WHY??? Cancel two good shows?? Cant you at least wrap them up with a 2hr final episode?? It is hard to get into shows now, just when they get interesting they get cancelled.

The CW11 should definitely rethink think its policies of when to cut shows. They should take a census before just radically cutting funding for a show or just create a new cable channel for “lesser” known shows and keep the top tier ones for CW11. That being said, The Tomorrow People, in my opinion, was under stiff competition and I looked forward to seeing it every week more than Agents of Shield.
