Miles Teller is coming to a small screen near you. THR reports the film actor has been cast in the Too Old to Die Young TV show, coming to Amazon Prime Video. Teller is known for his work in features including Whiplash, Fantastic Four, and the Divergent franchise.

A crime-thriller drama from Nicolas Winding Refn, Too Old to Die Young, “explores a hidden world of assassins.” Teller will star as Martin, “a police officer entangled in the criminal underbelly of Los Angeles.” Refn, who will direct the Amazon series, wrote the pilot with comic author Ed Brubaker.

Die Young tells of a grieving police officer who, along with the man who shot his partner, finds himself in an underworld filled with working-class hit men, Yakuza soldiers, cartel assassins sent from Mexico, Russian mafia captains and gangs of teen killers. Amazon, which made the casting announcement on Monday, says the series will follow “killers’ existential journeys in becoming samurai.”
