Compared to Unforgettable’s series debut a year earlier, CBS was down by 14% in the demo (vs a 2.9 rating) and down by 4% in viewers (vs 14.09 million). While the viewership is very impressive, the demo is less so and CBS has cancelled many series for low demo numbers.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Vegas TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
I absolutely love this show. Its a really well made show. It has an outstanding cast. I also loved Life on Mars too. Please renewal Vegas. Hate to loose another great show
My wife and I haven’t missed an episode yet. We both graduated from HS in ’60 and very much relate to the program, altho we had never been near Las Vegas then (AZ, actually). The casting is very believable, the acting is way above average, and the plots are entirely believable.
What the heck more could a viewer want?
PLEASE RENEW IT!!!
This show is amazing it would be a shame if they cancel this show. My husband an I look forward every week to watching this show. It always leaves you wanting more each week. So please don’t cancel this show.
We LOVE Vegas, please don’t cancel. Tuesday is the only night my husband and I watch the same shows, CBS from 8pm-11pm. I don’t understand why you guys don’t let a great series find it’s legs. Friends wasn’t a success its first year! The person/people making these decisions for CBS should be fired. You are becoming famous for not having the guts to stick with what you know is good quality programs, and ditch them for the idiotic sitcoms that are saturating the market now. You bring in an audience, we get invested in the story line, character development and… Read more »
We LOVE Vegas, it is our favorite show this season. Please renew!!! I don’t know what idiot decides to kill off great shows, but they should be fired. CBS seems to have a record of killing great TV series, yet keep stupid sitcoms on the air ad naseum. There IS about audience out here that WATCHES the programs. We aren’t smoking dope, texting, playing video games or playing with other internet devices while watching mindless silly sitcoms. We watch several CBS programs, but if you keep canceling them, we will go to another, more stable channel!
I’m only 37 and I love the show! I hope it stays. I see that next Tuesday there’s another show taking its time slot. I have a feeling we wont see Vegas anymore.
My husband and I really like Vegas and think it would be a mistake for CBS to cancel it. Has great starts; good story line – what else do they want? There are really loser shows that they keep renewing and then cancel a good one. Go figure!
I watched two shows this year: 666 Park Avenue and Vegas. Please do’t make this an 0 for 2 year!
Please keep Vegas on! I love this show and look forward to watching it every Tuesday. So sad that they always want to cancel the shows that are actually good
I can tell I am not going to be a big fan of golden boy
Vegas is one of the best produced programs on one of the major networks this season. That era is being so well depicted that it is being picked up on by a generation that doesn’t have enough viewers to please the bean counters. Vegas is casted well and very well done, it does not deserve to be cancelled. Please pick it up for another season.
I REALLY ENJOY VEGAS AND ALL THE ACTORS PLAY THEIR PARTS SO BELIEVABLE. IT EVEN AS FAMILY VALUES AND RESPECT PRTRAYED NOT SEX AROUND EVERY BEND STUPID JOKES OR GAYES. *( those kind of shows stay on forever) Maybe the number of people watching goes down because it is the 3rd hour of the evening to watch and some people got to bed early. I really like it and wish you would reconcider.
Love this show. My husband & I both watch it. I also have a 15 year grandson who doesn’t miss it. His Mom tapes it and he watches it after school. Don’t cancel it !
Yes, please renew the show for at least another season. We look forward to watching this show every week and we would be terribly disappointed to see it cancelled!
Great show to watch! I think a would be a great loss to cancel this show. Iagree great actors and greatt Script about Vegas in the earlier days.
One of the best if not the best shows on, please don’t cancel
