Jane Lynch and Glee have lasted for five seasons over on FOX. How long will her Hollywood Game Night series survive on NBC? As long or longer? Or, will it be cancelled after two seasons? We’ll have to watch the ratings.
The ratings are typically the best indication of a show’s likelihood of staying on the air. The higher the ratings (particularly the 18-49 demo), the better the chances for survival. This chart will be updated as new ratings data becomes available — usually the next day, around 11:30am EST/8:30am PST. Refresh to see the latest.
7/25 update: You can see the rest of the latest night’s ratings.
Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.
For comparisons: The first season of Hollywood Game Night (which aired in the summer) averaged a 1.2 rating in the demo and 3.70 million viewers.
Note: Note: These are the Live + Same Day Ratings which include “live” viewing plus delayed DVR viewing, up until 3am local time that same night. Ratings marked with an “*” are the fast affiliate ratings and will be updated with the Live+SD numbers when they are made available. Typically, networks get paid for C+3 ratings which includes DVR viewing within three days of the original airing when commercials are watched. Those numbers are rarely released to the press.
What do you think? Do you like the Hollywood Game Night TV series? Would you like to see it cancelled or renewed for a third season?
I enjoy the show.. please bring it back!
I love Hollywood game night, because it is such a fun and exciting show to watch. Jane Lynch is very hilarious and she a lot of energy. She’s nothing like her character on glee very mean, and a bully. The games are never boring and there is a lot of chemistry between the celebs and the guest competing. You need to know a lot about other celebrities and the movies they were in, in order to compete and if you are clueless you have a team of celebrities to help you out. My favorite game is clue boom, you have… Read more »

Love the show! NBC, do not cancel it.
I love this show… It is the only one of its kind on tv right now. I love watching current celebrities just having fun, nothing scripted, just good old natural fun… I actually wish you would add two more celebrities, one on each couch, just because lol… And I would think it would be fun to see cast vs cast of two different tv shows…. Like cast of criminal minds vs. cast of CSI Las Vegas…. Blacklist vs. The Following…. The Fosters vs. Pretty Little Liars….. Sounds like too much fun. Lol
I totally love the show. Love the games. Love Jane. Love the celebrities. All lots of fun. I especially love how to see celebrities showing their smarts or in some cases, showing not so much smarts. lol. Do not cancel!! Big Fan
This show is a family favorite. We play along and look forward to it. Please do not cancel it. We love all the jokes and games and even Jane Lynch.
The show is in a very tough time slot and it is “holding its own” and most likely profitable
as game shows are inexpensive to produce. I hope it gets another season this summer, as it was intended for summers.HGN is the only NBC show I currently watch and TiVO.
It’s recent 3.2M total is close to its summer average of 3.7M viewers, (Where it ha a much better timeslot and lesser competition.)
One of the few shows I watch each week. Don’t cancel it!
Jane Lynch is DREADFUL. How this dreck ever got on a major TV network is beyond belief.
Wife and I both like the show, one of our favorites.
I don’t wanna see this show cancelled!!! It’s too entertaining!!!
