It was a solid launch for the new comedy. It lost 23% of the demo audience from lead-in Big Bang Theory. However, ¡ROB! outperformed the season premiere of Rules of Engagement by 14% and December’s last original episode of Rules by 52%.
It was also a significant improvement for CBS (up 41% in the demo) when compared to last year’s ratings for now-cancelled $#*! My Dad Says. Unless the show seriously declines in the next couple weeks, it looks like the network may finally have found a compatible partner for Big Bang.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

Love the show, please renew it.
Love this show! As a caucasion woman married to a Latin man…I totally get it. I look at my husband at least twice every episode and say, “Oh my gosh…that’s us!!!” We truly are the roll-reversals for Rob and his wife. It’s great. Please renew for next season.

I hate this show
ROB is the first series in a long time that has my daughter and I laughing so hard we’re crying! Please don’t cancel this show! Those who don’t like it have probably never had to learn another language or learn another culture. For those of us who have, we relate to Rob marrying outside of his familiar language and culture and it’s hilarious!
I love this show, please Bring the show back!
I love the Rob series!, please Bring the show back!
I do not like sitcoms until I saw ROB. I like this show. Cheech and the latino family is so funny and true to life. Hope you bring it back for a 2nd season.
