TV show description:
This sitcom features the eccentric Amy (Jane Lynch), as a bold, larger-than life woman who claims to be a guardian angel. Amy is either telling the truth, or out of her mind.
After meeting Dr. Allison Fuller (Maggie Lawson), Amy implies she has watched over the dermatologist since childhood. An uptight perfectionist, Allison is convinced Amy is crazy — at least until Amy’s prophecies are fulfilled.
Amy warns that no one can know she is a guardian angel. This means Allison can’t even tell her own father Marv (Kevin Pollak) what is going on in her life. Since Marv and Allison are in practice together, keeping Amy’s secret complicates Allison’s life.
Even though he is a real estate agent, Allison’s brother Brad (Kyle Bornheimer) makes his home in the loft of his sister’s garage. It is not just Allison’s days at the office that are disrupted by Amy’s arrival in her life. This would-be angel could make home life hell, too.
When Allison tries to oust Amy from her life, Amy confesses that this mission is her last opportunity to prove her worthiness as an angel. Amy has been assigned to teach Allison to face her fears, let loose, and find the right direction for her life.
Against her better judgment, Allison decides to give Amy a chance. The good doctor knows she needs to reconsider what it means to lead a happy life. Besides, she can’t help but wonder if Amy is telling the truth.

What do you think? Do you like the Angel From Hell TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a second season?
A good show will miss it.
One of the funniest shows ever. We all need an angel in our lives and I would rather listen to a quirky, bizarre, funny angel than the stereotype white winged angel. I am so sad to see the show cancelled. Life in Pieces and Angel From Hell were my favorite Thursday night shows. Shame on you for cancelling it.
The timing of this cancellation is bizarre — I had decided to stop watching just one day earlier. Love Maggie (she’s been having bad luck with sitcoms lately), but found Jane too over-the-top and annoying.
However, it was superior to that pile of garbage that’s replacing it in the schedule.

Jane Lynch & Maggie Lawson make quite a team. This show is hilarious. I don’t think CBS has done enough to promote it, it sounds like it is being cancelled. That would be so idiotic of the network. Great writing, great cast. They need to help this jewel of a show find its audience.
Yes, I like it. Actually made me laugh aloud.
love this show and so does my 16 year old granddaughter that doesn’t like anything but her cell phone.
Don’t know if Maggie Lawson should redeem herself since her last series Back in the Game got canceled.
First episode comment: eh at best. Not that funny.
It looks like a keeper. Funny, not too raunchy.
Hey Greg, I’ve never been a fan of J.L. … but this show is funny (my opinion) . I think you (Greg) should stop watching this show. I stopped watching J.L’s last show after only a “partial watch” of the first episode … this show is different … my opinion, thanks
I am watching the show right now. So far I am not disappointed … very funny. Lynch’s comedic delivery is spot on for this type of show. Witty one liners strategically placed keeps the flow going without getting too busy or too loud. My opinion, thanks …
Great show
Crap show and not funny. It’s full of tired humor and frankly Jane Lynch is too ugly to watch for 1/2 hour.
Great Show and Funny!!!!
