TV show description:
This sitcom features the eccentric Amy (Jane Lynch), as a bold, larger-than life woman who claims to be a guardian angel. Amy is either telling the truth, or out of her mind.
After meeting Dr. Allison Fuller (Maggie Lawson), Amy implies she has watched over the dermatologist since childhood. An uptight perfectionist, Allison is convinced Amy is crazy — at least until Amy’s prophecies are fulfilled.
Amy warns that no one can know she is a guardian angel. This means Allison can’t even tell her own father Marv (Kevin Pollak) what is going on in her life. Since Marv and Allison are in practice together, keeping Amy’s secret complicates Allison’s life.
Even though he is a real estate agent, Allison’s brother Brad (Kyle Bornheimer) makes his home in the loft of his sister’s garage. It is not just Allison’s days at the office that are disrupted by Amy’s arrival in her life. This would-be angel could make home life hell, too.
When Allison tries to oust Amy from her life, Amy confesses that this mission is her last opportunity to prove her worthiness as an angel. Amy has been assigned to teach Allison to face her fears, let loose, and find the right direction for her life.
Against her better judgment, Allison decides to give Amy a chance. The good doctor knows she needs to reconsider what it means to lead a happy life. Besides, she can’t help but wonder if Amy is telling the truth.

What do you think? Do you like the Angel From Hell TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Angel From Hell is an absolute amazing comedy that should definitely stay on the air my boyfriend and I have been anxiously waiting for the next episode!! Jane Lynch is incredible!!
Angel From Hell is a wonderful comedy it definitely should not be cancelled it’s a great laugh and a nice way to forget the stresses of the day!!
My husband and I both thought this show was so funny, don”t cancel it.
This show was great! Bring it back. Please!
I loved this show. Bring it Back
renew it no only did everyone in my home enjoy it my mother enjoyed it as well
One need only look at the show that is being moved to that time slot to r4ealize that quality programming is not the objective at CBS. I can’t for the life of me figure out how Two Broke Girls made it out of development. It’s “humor” appeals to the lowest common denominator. Actually, so did Two and a Half Men but I found that particular show entertaining. Too many great shows have been cancelled for lack of putting up great numbers immediately – The Mindy Project and Happy Endings are two that come to mind. Seinfeld, one of the most… Read more »
Loved this show — the only show I have seen since the day of Friends where I actually laughed out loud. Jane Lynch is amazing — blunt and unfiltered, but still wise and tender. Masterful.
I enjoy this show. I can’t stand reality t.v. because I actually live my own life and don’t care to watch others’ “reality” portrayed in 30-60 minute segments. I would hope they would reconsider and not cancel this 30 minute respite from reality.
I like Angel from Hell. It’ll be a shame to see it go only to have it replaced with another violent show or another reality show. What happened to good ol clean entertainment? After working hard all day, I like to sit down and watch clean humor not violence or reality (which is violent as well). Don’t take our Angel away !!! And Greg, your comment about Jane Lynch is ridiculously childish. Sounds to me like you’re the ugly one.
Looked forward to watching
Can’t believe they cancelled this show. It was light, bright and comical on all fronts. Is this cancellation the result of no violence, car chases, murders, etc. CBS is showing their real loser colors at this point.
Can’t believe they cancelled this show looked forward to watching this
I loved it , it was not the usual garbage on TV. The Problem was the time slot they gave it. It should have been right after Big Bang. I had to find something for an hour to watch in-be-tween.
funny show cbs…I didn’t think I would like it but gave it a chance, and It is funny. Broke Girls is total smut and I won’t be watching. Shame on you…
