The Bloodline TV show on Netflix has not yet been cancelled or renewed for a third season. Co-creators Glenn Kessler, Todd A. Kessler, and Daniel Zelman have plans for five or six seasons, but right now, they are just waiting to hear on season season three.
The decision to cancel or renew Bloodline, starring Kyle Chandler, Ben Mendelsohn, Linda Cardellini, and Norbert Leo Butz, may well come down to costs.
The Hollywood Reporter says:
“There’s not much to say. The [second season] just launched on Friday (May 27) and Netflix is evaluating how it’s doing for them and it’s performing and are very hopeful that there will be a future as are we,” [Todd A. Kessler] says. He notes that a third season would be financially “challenged” by the end of Florida’s tax incentive but points out the show wasn’t set there for the tax breaks.
“We decided to set the show there and film the show there because it’s crucial to what the show is, not because of the tax incentive, but it does affect things financially for us and the show will be challenged because of that. It makes things more difficult,” he says. “We’re hoping there will be more to come.”

Bloodline is brilliant and addicting. There must be more to come with this series. Season one I couldn’t stand Danny, yet after watching season two this weekend I find myself feeling sorry for both sides. I love the twist and back story being brought to light and can’t wait for more. Netflix, you’re smarter than that. Sign up for season 3 and 4 before you tease us with pulling the plug 😉
If they cancelled bloodline, I’m canceling Netflix. He’ll no, they best not be canceiling the best show ever made. I have to take an extra dose of my anxiety meds every time I watch it.

Oh noooo! I’m hooked. Best show I’ve seen in awhile. Please find a way to keep this show on. I have one episode left and I don’t want to watch it because I don’t want it to be over with yet!

Cancel Bloodline!! Are you kidding me? Get Florida to renew the tax incentives, get Trump to work the deal if needed! Netflix can not leave us hanging like this. Charge a few bucks extra to watch it if you must….but it’s the best show out there anywhere!
