Does the thin, blue line which is the Reagan family still stand in the eighth season of the Blue Bloods TV show on CBS? As we all know, the Nielsen ratings typically play a big role in determining whether a TV show like Blue Bloods is cancelled or renewed for season nine. Unfortunately, most of us do not live in Nielsen households. Because many viewers feel frustration when their viewing habits and opinions aren’t considered, we’d like to offer you the chance to rate all the season eight episodes of Blue Bloods for us here.
A CBS family drama, Blue Bloods stars Tom Selleck, Donnie Wahlberg, Bridget Moynahan, Will Estes, Len Cariou, Marisa Ramirez, Sami Gayle, and Vanessa Ray. The police procedural centers on the Irish-American Reagans, a multi-generational family of cops dedicated to New York City law enforcement. New York Police Commissioner Frank Reagan (Selleck) leads both the police force and his brood.
What do you think? Which season eight episodes of the Blue Bloods TV series do you rate as wonderful, terrible, or somewhere between? Should CBS cancel or renew Blue Bloods for a ninth season? Don’t forget to vote, and share your thoughts, below.
I’ve watched every season and episode since it started, but no more. This last episode 16 was dishonest tripe. Political correctness run a muck. It breaks my heart to see Tom Selleck sell out to the left wing nonsense that was portrayed on this latest, and for me, last episode. I will not watch anymore.
My all time favorite show. Please keep it on!
There are not too many show a days that makes family as the center of the show. I love that Blue Bloods brings the family back together for Sunday dinners regardless of what each family member has going throughout each episode.
This is one show both my husband and I watch together. I have been watching Blue Bloods since the very first episode…and love each one. The entire cast is a great one…..but of course I have always been secretly in love with Tom Selleck! He is a great actor, and I am amazed at how effortless his acting seems to be. He is believable in every character he has portrayed…a truly fine actor and person.
I just saw where it seems for the show to stay on they go by the 18-49 age group? Surely you realize that on a FRIDAY nite your 18-35 year old audience probably aren’t home watching TV??
This show is the best ever on, so refreshing to see a family sit together for weekly meals and starting with a prayer, not many decent honest up with times shows left on TV. I record every episode so I can watch over and over. Please renew season 9 and bring Linda back.
Please don’t cancel
we watch this every week love this show
TERRIFIC FAMILY SHOW. IT IS EVERYDAY HAPPENINGS OF A FAMILY,GOOD BAD OR OTHERWISE. EVEN THOUGH AMY CARLSON IS NO LONGER ON THE SHOW, IT IS STILL A GREAT SHOW.
Please do NOT cancel Blue Bloods ! It’s one of the few shows that are morally good & family emphasis too! The cast is great & we have watched all “Tom Selleck ” since Magnum PI ! We were sorry to see Lina written out of the show!
We love this show. Please keep this family show. True family and family dinners.
My wife and I love the Blue bloods show!!
I am a huge fan of this show, it’s story line, characters, and especially the topics that the most recent episodes have been based on. Drug overdoses in this area are the highest they have ever been and Blue Bloods is one of the few shows that gets involved in this epidemic. They also deal with the current problems with police officers dealing with mentally disturbed characters which is also a huge problem in this area. The Sunday family dinners are my favorite because they help to show families how important face to face uninterrupted family time is. I’m upset… Read more »
My understanding is that the actor who plays Jamie is leaving the show. Will that effect if it’s renewed?
Love Blue Bloods, please don’t cancel. Makes one think there is hope for law and order.
