Despite a valiant effort, The Brave TV show has been cancelled by NBC. In this instance, the 13-episode first season wasn’t a sign of certain cancellation, as a shorter season aways the plan for this series. In November, after some early gains in the Nielsens, the Peacock Network was even touting the show’s ratings, but they later dropped off and weren’t strong enough to score a season two renewal.
An NBC military drama, The Brave stars Anne Heche, Mike Vogel, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills, Hadi Tabbal, Tate Ellington, and Sofia Pernas. The series centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Vogel) who leads his Special Ops squad on dangerous field missions across the globe. Back in their Washington D.C. headquarters, D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell (Heche) oversees the unit which provides support and analysis for Dalton and company.

The Brave cancellation has been confirmed by Deadline, which notes three military dramas premiered on broadcast networks, this year. Although both The Brave and Valor (The CW) were cancelled, SEAL Team was renewed for a second season on CBSCBS.

I really loved the show, one of the best that is on TV right now, I hope you will reconsider your decision, it is one of my favorite shows.
Huge mistake. I bet I have watched season 1 26 times or more I also anticipated the next episode each week.
Always anticipated the new episode of “The Brave”. Afterwards, I counted the days until the new episode aired. And….always had the recorded episodes to fall back on. To know that it’s not coming back is a huge disappointment. Give me a call. I’ll give you a list of other “crappy” shows that you can cut in order to keep “The Brave” on the air. Or…….you could drop all coverage regarding “Stormy Daniels”. That should clear up enough space for the shows the your loyal viewers really want to view. BTW…career soldier of 32 years. I thought this show was fantastic. How many reality shows can these networks shove down our throats?? I hope one of the cable stations picks it up. Ugh….I’m really mad.

We cut the cord and only can view great show like this because NBC wont Stream Live like CBS so we watch so’s after they Air on are on Demand. NBC how do you Rate That? Big Mistake
I think NBC made a huge mistake its a great show and cast it honors us who served our Country. With all the reality show on TV to me most of these shows Shows should be cut. But it Back on
TOO BAD!! I guess I will be watching alot of cable tv next year. All the good shows including “The Brave” were cancelled.
Keep The Brave on! Not enough blood, sex and deception for ratings? Why is it that a talented show with pure suspense is no longer good enough for prime time TV? Honestly, it seems unless there is enough ‘crossing-the-line-R-rating’ scenes, ratings from normal viewers just don’t matter to the higher-ups anymore. So sad.
I loved the Brave and was very upset to find out it has been cancelled. It doesn’t matter how many reality shows or whatever type there is – what matters is if it is a good show and we enjoy it. I think they should let us decide which ones we like not tell us what they are taking off. If it was ranked high it should remain!! I watch it along with Seal Team, and will watch Six if it comes back.
Of all the military shows I prefer this one. Every where you look it’s about the SEALs, don’t mind see SEALs in action, but it’s wasn’t true to them. Bring back The Brave. Low ratings is BS, most people don’t have time to sit down & watch TV, I don’t I DVR it and enjoy it later. I have kept all the episodes.
has been quite a disappointing year possibly three of my shows are going to be cancelled this one included. Was a great show definitely deserves another season period problem with the networks is the stupid Nielsen ratings all they rate is live and how many people watch that evening as far as I know. they don’t look at how many people may watch the next day or even the next week plus they don’t account for fan intensity. I absolutely loved it. they have had the stars of the show and all the talk shows. If the ratings were not high enough they didn’t advertise it properly cuz it was an awesome show

Just went back to watch a couple of the episodes last night. They are superb. Need to bring that show back!!
