Despite a valiant effort, The Brave TV show has been cancelled by NBC. In this instance, the 13-episode first season wasn’t a sign of certain cancellation, as a shorter season aways the plan for this series. In November, after some early gains in the Nielsens, the Peacock Network was even touting the show’s ratings, but they later dropped off and weren’t strong enough to score a season two renewal.
An NBC military drama, The Brave stars Anne Heche, Mike Vogel, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills, Hadi Tabbal, Tate Ellington, and Sofia Pernas. The series centers on Captain Adam Dalton (Vogel) who leads his Special Ops squad on dangerous field missions across the globe. Back in their Washington D.C. headquarters, D.I.A. Deputy Director Patricia Campbell (Heche) oversees the unit which provides support and analysis for Dalton and company.

The Brave cancellation has been confirmed by Deadline, which notes three military dramas premiered on broadcast networks, this year. Although both The Brave and Valor (The CW) were cancelled, SEAL Team was renewed for a second season on CBSCBS.

I sincerely hope that another Network pics of show up, it was the best show of all 3 military dramas last season. I’m a big fan of Seal Team, but next to the brave, it just wasn’t good enough. Mike Vogel is Awesome As Captain Adam Dalton.
Out of the military shows this one, the brave, was the best! I’m mad the show was cancelled!why do we bother watching shows when they’ll just be cancelled?
The Brave is one of my favorite shows. I wish NBC should have had the sight to renew for at least a 2nd season.
I love this show. Came across it accidentally and went back, found it on demand and watched them. I dvr it every week so I don’t miss it.
This is the best of the 3 last year…someone(Netflix, TNT,FX, A&E ) should grab this up!!
This was well acted and entertaining. It shouldn’t always be about ratings. Perhaps, it wasn’t in the right time slot.
I think it had a slightly different twist than seal team six. I watched both shows and would love the Brave to return.
Please give it another chance. Move it to another day. Really good show.
It was an awesome show…its a real shame to see its been canceled. Has a good storyboard, action and actors. I will always welcome a season2, if it so happens! Hope the producers change their mind.
That’s a shame that was a really good show and the actors really good too. Whose bright idea was it to cancel this one the same one that canceled Lucifer. Go figure.
