It seems NBC has had enough of justice in the “Windy City.” Deadline reports the Chicago Justice TV show is cancelled; there will be no season two of the legal drama series.
The latest in Dick Wolf’s Chicago franchise, Chicago Justice follows the prosecutors and investigators who make up the State’s Attorney’s team. The NBC cast includes Philip Winchester, Carl Weathers, Monica Barbaro, Joelle Carter, and Jon Seda.
Chicago Justice: A Look at the Ratings
Despite the success of the Peacock network’s other Chicago series, Chicago Justice struggled in the ratings during its first season. The show, which premiered in March, has only earned an average rating of 1.13 in the 18-49 demo, averaging 6.202 million viewers over the course of its first season. While these aren’t terrible numbers, they do make Chicago Justice the lowest-rated of the Chicago series. Maybe viewers have had enough of the “Windy City,” too.
What do you think? Are you a fan of Chicago Justice? Should it have been cancelled or renewed for a second season on NBC?

Please keep Chicago Justice it is one of my favorite shows!! I look forward to watching it every week! I feel that NBC made a huge mistake taking away this gripping show!!! The actors were amazing & the storylines were facinating!
First of all the series should not have been scheduled on a Sunday…..I enjoyed Chicago Justice immensely …You all sabotaged the show…..it was evident when you put in on Sunday…..
Please give the show another season to prove itself. It’s really amazing and I think it’ll be very very successful
Compared to other shows that were renewed on NBC, this was a misstep on their part. Plus it had solid post-airdate lift.
I am sick to find out this show has been canceled.
The actors are fantastic and I hope Antonio will go back to Chicago PD. Please find a place for all of these actors/characters to stay on NBC .
Chicago Justice was a great show in my opinion why cancel it when there are so many other programs being aired that are just stupid (in my opinion) PLEASE CHANGE YOUR MINDS AND BRING IT BACK TO TV!!
I loved this show. I liked show the shows interacted with each other.
I love Chicago Justice and watch it every week. I love Philip Winchester and Jon Seda. Why take off a great show.
Sad, sad, sad. There is a dirth of quality programing and great show’s are like this are needlessly being cancelled. Shame on NBC bowing to the almighty dollar.

I loved Chicago Justice!!! Bring Chicago Justice Back!!!
I am so sad that Chicago Justice is cancelled. It is such a good show! Please please please revive it!
This show is a nice break from all of the reality shows.
EXACTLY!!!!! All those horrible VH1 shows that demeans and network keeps them….You need to fix this !!!!
Please renew it . It’s a great show
RENEW IT !!!! I REALLY like the show sometimes you have to give people a chance to get into it I love it !!!!!!!
RENEW IT!!!!! NBC should know Dick Wolf can deliver, and he has. One of his shows deserves a 2nd chance even if only 10 episodes initially.
That’s right DW always has good LAW ENFORCEMENT series…give US, your viewers a break…sounds quite shady to US !!!!!
REALLY sad to see (or now not see) Winchester’s second straight failed show on the same network… Hope people realize the days of “Must-See TV” on NBC are over, & it doesn’t hurt his career.
