Criminal Minds Renewed for Season 13 on CBS
The BAU remains on the case. CBS announced today it has renewed its Criminal Minds TV show for a 13th season. According to the press release, this renewal marks The Tiffany Network’s 19th series returning in the 2017-2018 season.
The 12 season of Criminal Minds stars Joe Mantegna, Paget Brewster, Matthew Gray Gubler, A.J. Cook, Kirsten Vangsness, Aisha Tyler, Adam Rodriguez, and Damon Gupton. Mark Gordon, Erica Messer, and Breen Frazier executive produce for ABC Studios in association with CBS Television Studios.
Airing on the CBS television network, season 12 of Criminal Minds is averaging a 1.39 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 7.49 million viewers. I LOVE Criminal Minds!! Always have! Please keep it coming back. Love the cast, even though there have been many recent changes, they all blend really well together. I am REALLY hoping that Spencer does NOT leave…He’s one of my FAVORITE characters. LOVE this show, and hope it stays around for a long time.
I have been checking nervously for the last few weeks anxiously waiting to see if there would a 13th season glad to see it will be continuing. I am also anxious about what’s going to happen with Reid he is my favourite character it would be a great loss if he left the show….he is to Criminal Minds like Data is to Star Trek the next Generation, Spock is to Star Trek the original series.
Please, please bring back Hotchner…and please don’t kill off Spencer Reid…. we have lost enough characters!
I love the show. With or without Morgan or Hotch. The story lines are amazing and I love how the figure things out through each of their talents. Keep it on. I do miss the old team but the show is still awesome.

I really enjoy watching Criminal Minds. I believe you all should kiss and make up with Thomas Gibson. Do not know what it is about him on the show, just does not seem right without him. Where did Denon come from???? He just showed up…… Looking forward to seeing Shemar Moore.

Back Thomas Gibson. He was the glue that held it all together. Cast changes thru the
Years have not hurt the show but his departure has had a very negative effect. Now it seems bumbling and they can’t get it together. He kept the others grounded.
So kiss and make up and save this great show.

I was very nervous to find out whether or not there would be another season of Criminal Minds, but once I finally looked and saw that there was a renewal for season 13 I was so excited!! Can’t wait to continue watching this awesome show!

Ratings are down- when will they realise that Thomas Gibson was the reason for the show surviving so long; they realised their mistake with AJ Cook. Paget Brewster just isn’t the ratings pull they thought!
Found the story line not as interesting this year and this may be due to the storyline around Reed, first his mother and now the ridiculous prison saga. I couldn’t bare to watch of couple of episodes. Either release him or hang him, but end this laughable story arc. Unlike others, I had no issue with the changing cast.
I agree, the cast change up is okay and can be taken care of with good writing. But this Reid in prison story line has gone on for far too long. Enough, already.
