Is there still hope for Dark Matter? Recently, co-creator Joseph Mallozzi suggested there may be a chance for another season of the cancelled Syfy TV show.
As reported earlier, Syfy recently cancelled the space-set drama after three seasons. The cast includes Marc Bendavid, Melissa O’Neil, Anthony Lemke, Alex Mallari Jr, Jodelle Ferland, Roger Cross, and Zoie Palmer.
On his blog, Mallozzi revealed that other networks have expressed interest in saving Dark Matter. However, the co-creator also mentioned that time is running out to save the show as both the crew and the cast can’t wait forever.

I don’t know what these people at syfy are doing, but it would honestly be a bad idea not to let Dark Matter finish off the series properly. Even if you want to make room for other shows. Give them a weekend next year to wrap up season four like you did with season four of 12 monkeys in May 2017. Dark Matter has a lot of fans. Why cancel it!

Brilliant show, hate it when left hanging like this hope a season four will be taken up with another network. Zoie Palmers acting brings Andriod to life lol.

Dark Matter is one of my favorite shows. It has the potential to be another Star Trek or Firefly and to lose it would be a tragedy. That being said it’s in good company as some tv executive thought it was a good idea to cancel those shows also and as any Trekkie or Brown Coat will tell you, “Those executives are, were and always will be morons” going down in the annals of entertainment history as complete and total losers. Its so sad and disappointing after investing time to a show, then suddenly they will just decide to cancel it….The producers must respect the viewers also….
But yes I will watch season 4, who ever will produce and release it
Dark Matter is fantastic and I hope that it will continue. It reminds me of Firefly, which was another great show that got cancelled some years ago. Long live Dark Matter!!
I loved Dark Matter. I found it on netflix and bought season 3 because I couldn’t wait for it to be released. It is a sad day if they cancel it now 🙂

Dark Matter was Syfy best scifi and true scifi show. It was my Friday night routine and I will buy another package from another provider to watch it and cancel Syfy. Thats how much I loved Dark Matter!
Come on Syfy do it! give Dark Matter another chance, you might be suprised what will happen, Remember Star Trek!
