What’s This TV Show About?
An ABC crime drama from creator Chris Fedak, Deception stars Jack Cutmore-Scott as illusionist Cameron Black, with Ilfenesh Hadera, Lenora Crichlow, Amaury Nolasco, Justin Chon, Laila Robins, and Vinnie Jones. With big shows in Vegas and New York, Cameron is rocketing to the top, when scandal derails his show and his twin’s life. While watching the news, he realizes that the FBI has been deceived by an illusionist, and whoever it was stole one of his signature moves. Now, this magician is using his tradecraft to help the Feds apprehend some of the most elusive criminals in the world and hopes to prove his brother, Jonathan (Cutmore-Scott), is an innocent man.

Deception is the best TV program! It’s smart, funny, minus political/sexual trappings and full of ‘turns’ in the storyline! Bring it back! Deception deserves another chance!!
I am so upset this show was cancelled. Bad move on the part of ABC, there is too much garbage out there and finally they come up with a show that is fresh!!!

This show is fantastic! I have watched season one & was anticipating season 2!! Renew it and change the time it airs! It’s family friendly, it’s got intrigue, comedy, and MAGIC!!
I’ve been watching Deception since it started. I’ve never been able to find a show that is as good as this one is. Me and my mom love this show. It only has one season with 13 episodes and it’s getting cancelled that makes no sense. I would love if they would make a second season to at least show us what happens.
This was one one the most interesting shows this year. Intriguing and suspenseful. The whole family could watch this and it kept your mind going. We hope to see it return.

As soon as I sw the trailer, I knew it was a show I was going to love! And I have even rewatched several episodes, because I just love them! There funny and cool and not to mention unique! PLEASE RENEW!!!!
NOOOOOOO!!!! Please renew it! I truly enjoyed it and couldn’t wait for the next episode. I don’t think it was given a fair shot. I only started watching because I stumbled across it one night flipping channels and I was hooked. I went back and watched it from the beginning as the episode I saw was like the 4th or 5th one and I even rewatched that one because its so Good!!!!! Please reconsider!!!!
We really enjoyed this show. Please renew it even if it is on another channel/network. Deception was really fun to watch–I love magic and my family really wants to see at least an ending to the cliffhanger on the last show.

Deception was a great show! Our whole family enjoyed it. Stop putting so many reality shows on–renew Deception. The last show is such a cliffhanger, you have to let it continue!!
Please don’t cancel this show. Deception was really great. You can’t leave us hanging with Cameron in jail and Johnathan free. This cliff hanger ending needs to be resolved. My husband and I really enjoyed it. I am sure there are others that have really gotten in on all the characters and enjoyed the suspence I have had it with reality shows and find enjoyment with Deception.
Please re-evaluate your decision to cancel this show. It will catch fire and is a fan favorite among those who know it exists. Promoting the series will help, but all it needs is a little time to simmer. Imagine if they pulled the plug on Seinfeld after the first season when the numbers were less than impressive. This is the best detective series since Monk went off the air in 2009! Look past the numbers and bank on the talent of the cast and writers. This is really a good show!

Please reconsider pulling the plug on this show. It is well written, has a likeable cast and has a great premise. The cliff-hanger ending gave us a great set-up to an even better second season. One more time…PLEASE DON’T CANCEL THIS FAMILY-FRIENDLY SHOW A.B.C. !
