As we reported earlier, Netflix has cancelled Disjointed. Now, the cast and crew are sharing their thoughts on the TV series’ cancellation.
From Chuck Lorre, the comedy centers on Ruth (Kathy Bates), the proud proprietor of a Los Angeles-area marijuana dispensary. The cast also includes Dougie Baldwin, Elizabeth Ho, Chris Redd, Tone Bell, Aaron Moten, Elizabeth Alderfer, Betsy Sodero, Nicole Sullivan, Michael Trucco, and Mae Harrington.
On social media, Disjointed star Michael Trucco as well as showrunner David Javerbaum and producers Ron Hart and John D. Beck shared their thoughts on the Netflix series’ cancellation.

I am upset that this show is cancelled. This was an amazing show. This is a pretty good example how critics just messed up and so did Netflix for canceling the show and under estimating its quality cast and amazing writing. Please bring the show back because otherwise I have no need for Netflix. This show brought out something new and exciting. I hope Netflix reconsiders their decision. I hope the cast reunites including Miss Kathy Bates who is absolutely amazing as Ruth.

The best show on television
I don’t know what Netflix were thinking to cancel Disjounted, had so many laughs. We still put it on from time to time. Love the cast/characters, great writing. Hope to see it return somehow.. :/

Loved this show. It was just plain funny! You don’t see shows that come around like this too often. Pure comedy . Someone made a big mistake taking this show off the air.

One of the few show I binged watched so sad
I’m shocked!! This show had so much potential. I think too many people couldn’t identify with much of the show as they have not been around the cannabis culture that has been so open and prevalent on the West Coast for so long. I think those same people were really turned off by a few main characters like Dank and Dabbie as examples. I really hope that the people will c0nvince Netflix to give it just one more season before they determine it’s viability.
Definitely should bring back another season! What happens to the shop while Ruth is gone? Does she have a good time with Walter? Does Douglas and Maria get together? Come on guys… Bring it back!
I LOVED this show. I just searched to see when season 3 would be and found this article saying it was canceled. Very sad about it.
They did make a Season 2.. and i loved it. Disjointed was funny and educational at the same time. I enjoyed all the characters and believe Netflix jumped the shark on this one. They should’ve started S3 with them coming back from their cross country excursion and gone from there.
