EDGE OF ALASKA
The final season — returns this fall on Discovery
After years of living off the grid in McCarthy, Alaska, farmsteader Jeremy Keller embarks on his most ambitious project yet – creating a fully self-sufficient homestead. Businessman Neil Darish has other plans for the remote frontier town and hopes to sell off the expanding tourist destination to the highest bidder. As Jeremy works tirelessly to establish his homestead legacy and Neil prepares for a major sale, the longtime rivals are put on an explosive collision course towards the finish line.”
What do you think? Have you seen Edge of Alaska? Are you looking forward to the final episodes?
Sad to see Edge of alaska ending. Is there a date it will start?
Want to mark my calendar.
Thank you!
Cathy
I truly enjoyed this show and was hoping to find out if the properties owned by Neil Darish and his awful sidekick were sold. Also, that wonderful lady, Jenny; her baby boy was such a delight to watch. I have never seen a happier baby on tv. Such a shame this was cancelled. I love most of the Alaskan based programmes (except one I watched a few minutes of with men spooking each other in the dark whilst looking for a yeti or whatever they called it, that was cringingly fake). If I were a decade younger and not in… Read more »
Yeah I’ve written a few comments about this think myself Neil’s hand was put behind his bk as there was to much money staked on this deal with the devil don Walcott n the new owner didn’t want anything to do with filming that’s wot I think anyway like I said such a shame really enjoyable series…
leave it on please just a great show .I hope niel leaves , hes destroying the show
I can truly say I have watched this show from beginning to the cliff hanging end. I would have, along with other viewers, liked to have seen how everyone turned out. I personally would have liked to see how Jeremy and his family turned out with their new property and ways of being self sufficient. Did Neil move On? What about Lobo? So many unanswered questions. This was truly an Alaskan show I could watch year after year. I hope some how some way there’s a reboot. Good luck to all of the the people who call McCarthy home. Hopefully… Read more »
Its luved even accross the world im from england and luv the show think ur audiance2 would be huge with a bit more advertising
Also love Alaska the last frontier, hope you don’t cancel that.
I am a fan of McCarthy, Alaska and never missed a show. I will definetly miss it. Is this (2018) the last or is it already off.
Please don’t tell me this show is ending. We visited McCarthy and Kennecott this summer and would love to go back. Will Neil manage to make it a tourist attraction and will he open a mine for tours, or will things be sold to someone else? How does Jeremy get his truck and trailer loaded with hay across the river? We took the tour of the 14 story copper mill, but didn’t have time to visit all the other buildings. Such an interesting place, and interesting show. Will there be any more episodes?
This sucks! I love this show. Why are u cancelling?!? Please don’t
cancel it.
I hope Edge of Alaska is not cancelled. Why not just focused on Jeremy and his family and a few of the younger people. Try the show another way.
Not happy edge of Alaska is done. My family waits all week for the new episode. It’s a true to life show of the hardships and rewards of living free and happy. I can’t believe Todd Hoffman and Billy Brown will continue to bore us while Noel D and Jeremy Keller are a distant memory. Can we the people vote on this Discovery?
We visited McCarthy and Kennecott last summer and had a great time staying at the lodge, overlooking the glacier. I highly recommend EVERYONE go see it yourself! Of course, this got me hooked on the show because I now know firsthand what it’s really like up there. Alaska is so untamed and exciting to go back in time and having to “rough it”. Sad to see it go…..there is so much garbage on TV today and this is such a refreshing look at life!
Season five would be great, you left us hanging. We want more!
Edge of Alaska should be continued. Why are good programs cancelled?
Great show. Don’t understand why its being canceled. I will miss watching it
