Billy Bush is returning to television. People reports the former Today co-host has joined a new syndicated TV show, Extra Extra.
A revamp of Extra, the entertainment news series will feature “a modernized set and in-depth look at topics including pop culture, sports and politics.” Current host Mario Lopez will continue through the rest of this season.
Extra Extra is set to debut on TV stations across the U.S. on September 9th.

What happened? I liked the old crew. The old format was fast, light, and fun. This looks like Extra TMZ. No offense to Billy Bush, but I miss Mario and the gang
Billie Bush is horrible. I’ve watched Extra for 15+ years but never again. Very disappointed.
Terrible the extra is. I will never watch it again. Why in heavens names would you take a great extra with Mario Lopez off and replace him with Billy Bush. A big drugged mistake.

Not happy!! From 5 pm to 7:30 pm I have local and world news…but then came Extra. Light, entertaining and fun….just what you need after the news. So, now we have the new modern ‘NEWS” type set…looks great but boring. In depth sports and politics. Didn’t I just have that for the 2.5 hours prior? We already have other in depth sports channels and in depth political channels. Big mistake….Extra is no longer Extra. I fear this is the beginning of the end. Watched two episodes of the new extra show and do not like it at all. Prefer the previous hosts and show.
I can not stand Billy Bush.His cocky looking face is all over the screen. I will not be tuning in extra extra any longer. Big mistake bring him back.
