Take off to the Great White North. Deadline reports the Frontier TV show will premiere on Netflix Friday, January 20, 2017. Season one kicked off in Canada, on November 6th. Don’t worry about Frontier being cancelled too soon. Discovery Canada renewed the period drama for a second season, back in October.
Discovery Canada’s first scripted drama stars Jason Momoa, Landon Liboiron, Alun Armstrong, Zoe Boyle, Allan Hawco, Jessica Matten, and Shawn Doyle. Director Brad Peyton has returned to helm Frontier season two, which is currently in production.

What do you think? How do you like the sound of Frontier? Do you plan to check out the series when it drops to Netflix? Let us know, below.
Sounds interesting! Early North American history was much more interesting & complex than most of us learned at school. If it’s done well, I’ll be loyal fan.
I would love to see more of Frontier. If Netflix drops it, I won’t be able to view. I don’t think I get Discovery Canada in So. CA.
