As expected, there won’t be a second season for Gang Related. FOX has cancelled the summer cop drama after one season of 13 episodes.
On Gang Related, a police detective (Ramon Rodriguez) is torn between his allegiance to his job and co-workers and the gang and crime family that raised him. The cast also includes Terry O’Quinn, RZA, Jay Hernandez, Sung Kang, Inbar Lavi, Cliff Curtis, and Shantel VanSanten.

The series debuted at the end of May to a 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.94 million viewers.
That was a poor showing right out of the gate and the ratings got even worse as the weeks progressed.
It ended up being one of FOX’s worst-performing summer series. Despite having a small but loyal audience, it was expected that the network would cancel the show.
The final episode, which aired August 14th, left plenty of things unresolved.

Fox should have invested some money into marketing and editing on this series. The idea was pretty good, show was decent. Editing was poor, and no one I know even knew it was on. Much better than pretty well any reality tv show or dr oz magic show.

Really a good show like that got cancelled. Fox needs to stop with canceling good shows.
American people need this show its real life drama. I don’t care what chanel and time bring it back. The reason people didn’t watched it a lot because summer Tim every one out b party bbq. Beach pool.

You guys are crazy for canceling this show, it is an awesome series. I don’t understand how a show like this one gets cancelled, especially that it deals with real life issues, but you keep shows that have no real life substance. I would bring this show back.
Fox guys must be doing that same fishscale stuff like on the series, because greater was off the chain
