Homeland wrapped its fifth season on Showtime in December, and the plans for season six are already in motion. At Showtime’s Winter TCA’s panel on Tuesday, David Nevins, teased the location of season six.
According to The Wrap, he said:
“It will be set domestically, primarily in the New York area.”
In addition to the setting of season six, Nevins also spoke about the future of the series. Will Homeland end anytime soon?
Nevins said the following about the future Homeland when he was asked if there were discussions about the end:
“I have in vague ways with Alex. He tends to attack the seasons one by one. I think it’s one of the strengths of the show. I don’t have any definitive answers yet.”
Gary Levine, the president of Showtime’s programming added on, “The good news is it’s not imminent.”
