Judge Judy is coming to an end after 25 years. Judy Sheindlin visited The Ellen Degeneres Show on Monday, and she revealed that the series will air for one more year before it wraps at some point in 2021.
Fans will see more of Sheindlin though. She is already working on a new series, per Deadline. Judy Justice will premiere a year after the end of Judge Judy. It isn’t known where it will air though, but it could land on a streaming network instead of broadcast television.
She said the following to Degeneres:
“CBS sort of felt, I think, they wanted to optimally utilize the repeats of my program. Now they have 25 years of my reruns. What they decided to do is sell a couple of years’ worth of reruns.”
Judy is not ready to stop working yet though. She said she is “not tired.” Check out video of her appearance below.

Love, love, love Judge Judy. I hated it when the AM show stopped. But glad I got 2c her 6days a week. I live by her wordd: “when is a kid not lying?” When they’re sleeping”
I so love judge judy I watch on cbs reality daily and yes I agree some of the cases are a joke and should not even be in court but the cases that are serious I think she tries to help them especially if the people are not very bright and she does care just not for the silly stupid cases that just wastes her time adjudicating
Some cases are just silliness. But love her style and candor. Keep hee on somewhere. I’m not a cable enthusiast so reruns will have to do.

Curious to know why you don’t like her or the show. I don’t see many negative reviews.
I was a fan until she supported Bloomberg for president. I have deleted Judge Judy from my series manager on Direct TV. Another example of why famous people should not support political issues or politicians.
