What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the TNT cable channel, The Librarians stars Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth, John Harlan Kim, and John Larroquette, with Noah Wyle recurring as veteran librarian, Flynn Carsen. The series centers on the ancient organization dedicated to safeguarding an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. The librarians serve as the protectors of the world’s mystical treasures.
Season Four Ratings

Telly’s Take
The fourth season premiered with much lower numbers than last year and the averages are also lower. However, The Librarians is still doing pretty well when compared to the other TNT original series. I’d usually predict another renewal, but TNT has been repositioning itself as an edgier network, and I’m not quite sure The Librarians is still a good fit. I love love love The Librarians!!! Please renew renew renew this show! It has something for everyone. It really brings books and history to life dramatically each week. It has comedy, tragedy, every subject possible. There is love and romance, magic, treachery. Immortality, life and death. Twists and turns that keep getting better and better. The writers, directors, actors and producers are all amazingly talented. There are endless possibilities of storylines to write and portray. I can’t wait for you to show the tethering ceremony next. I would love to see another season as long it keeps up with the twist and turns. The show has great potential for various story lines. Would love to see bared and Flynn deal with being immortal. If they do make another season I would also like to see a more villainous bad guy that we would not expect, last bad guy was too obvious. This all started with Flynn and i did have my doubts when the show first came out but in the end it outdone itself. TNT keep up the good work

Please bring on season 5 – The tethering will bring a whole new dimension to the series. This is one of the few really good shows that is both entertaining as well as intellectually stimulating. Knowledge is good 🙂

Wow. What a cool season, just like the Dream season on Dallas—- And they had Seven more seasons. There are so many more topics to touch on that the Series is limited by the imagination of the writers and producers.
I really do hope that they bring this series back.

Absolutely renew it. I love this show. The potential is endless. There is nothing else like it on TV. TNT should capitalize on that fact.
