“Man your battle stations.” TNT has released new previews for the 2017 returns of The Last Ship and Major Crimes.
The Last Ship, which follows a ship crew searching for the cure to a deadly virus, just finished its third season earlier this month. Meanwhile, LAPD drama Major Crimes just concluded the first half of its fifth season.
Both series return with new episodes in 2017.

I love the show. I wish I had descovered it earlier. I was glued to the show last season. I even stayed u for it as I go to bed early. Please keep it on. I found it on tv last night which was New Year’s Eve. I don’t stay up ever to welcome the New Years but I stayed up for major crimes. I’ve been trying to find it for awhile now.
Love both shows! Great drama. Please don’t cancel these two programs. My family cant wait to watch the next episodes for each show. Don’t act like NBC or ABC canceling shows like Castle or the Mysteries of Laura which were both excellent as well. I watch more TNT now than any other network. Keep our favs and remain loyal to the fans!!

These are two GREAT shows and should not be canceled.
I’m already so completely ticked that they cancelled Perception, now Murder In The First which was superb, Monday Morning if I’m not mistaken was their terrible screw-up too…I just don’t get it! If they cancel my Major Crimes after Rizzoli and Isles decided they wanted to go onto something else, hmmm…O may just be through with TNT….BECAUSE THEY USED TO KNOW DRAMA…NOW THEY JUST KILL IT!

The Last Ship is my new fave! How did I not hear about it before last weekend?? I’m into Season 2 this weekend and so happy to hear there will be new episodes in 2017. Yay!
