In this competitive reality series, celebrity trainers coach contestants to lose weight. It is hosted by Shaun T., the “Insanity” workout creator.
Trainers customize varied diets and workouts. Each wants to prove his or her plan superior. The “cLean Momma Plan” burns calories through housework. “The Wild Diet” involves food and physical exertion, common to primitive man.
There is a twist on the typical weight-loss competition. When contestants fail, the trainers are eliminated.

Throughout, celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser presents contestants with milestone challenges. These will test their progress.
Contestants aim to learn how to approach and reach their goals. The last team standing wins.

It’s the seventh week of the competition, and it’s time for the experts to say goodbye to the contestants as they ready to tackle the 5K race, but with the pressure at an all-time high, not everyone decides to stay on the finale episode. In the end, Jasmin Quen won the $50,000 prize and Kurt Morgan was the runner-up.

What do you think? Do you like the My Diet Is Better Than Yours TV show? Do you think it should have been cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Please return this show. I check every few weeks for an update.
I really loved watching my the show! Please return
I really loved this show, which was surprising to me. I’m not one to watch weight loss shows, but this one had me hooked. Please renew, we’ve been waiting a whole year!
This is awesome show and loved this show !! Beg when will it return back to TV ?? We r REALLY learning a lot of good food and exercise …….Looking Fwd to watch on TV plz !!
This is a great show. I really like how the show proves not every diet is for everyone. Really like how doing simple things is really what it is about — Good Food and Exercise. Look forward to seeing more. Even look at doing where families compete as well.
I loved this show! Such an interesting take on a “one-size does not fit all mentally” when it comes to weight loss. When will it return to TV?
Renew!
Definitely hoping for renewal. I learned a lot and could empathize with their food struggles.
Renew! Loved the show.
Please renew the program because I have learned so much. I loved following week by week.
Please renew-the knowledge is so important. Well done, as I would expect from Shaun T.
I think with so many different dietary theories out there, it is great to see the results of some of them on this show. As a health coach I learned over 100 of them in nutrition school. We get to see what works and what doesn’t. Even though one diet might work better than for another, we see what it takes to get healthy and fit, and for that this show should be renewed and I will watch.
I loved this show! I taped every episode to watch again. I was so disappointed in the results. A much heavier older man competing with a younger not as heavy woman seemed unfair. I stayed up all night thinking about how unfair life was. How do we know that the other contestants didn’t borrow Abel James winning diet tips? Also agree that the clean momma had issues. I didn’t care for that girl named Taj. Way too negative for me. I had to fast forward when she came on. I loved her second trainer. Anna Kendrick… please, please, please pull… Read more »
Speaking as an obsee, 55 year old grandma, was delighted to see an older man succeed, and a woman win. It is more difficult for women to lose weight than men. This contest was scrupulously fair, because standings were determined by PERCENTAGE of weight lost.
Renew Renew Renew……………Loved it. Far better than the Biggest Loser.
Please renew this series. It was very inspirational.
