What’s This TV Show About?
Airing on the ABC television network, Once Upon a Time centers on Emma Swan (Jennifer Morrison). Although for the first 28 years of her life, Emma believed herself an orphan, she is in fact the daughter of Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and Prince “Charming” aka David (Josh Dallas). To exact revenge on her step-daughter Snow, the Evil Queen Regina (Lana Parrilla) cast the Dark Curse. It swept up all the residents of the Enchanted Forest, stripped them of their identities, and deposited them in our world. But then, Henry Mills (Jared Gilmore) found Emma — his biological mother — and brought her to Storybrooke. As the destined Savior, she broke the curse. However, that allowed Mr. Gold aka Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle) to bring magic to town. Because magic always comes with a price, Emma’s mission is not over. The series also stars Emilie de Ravin, Colin O’Donoghue, and Rebecca Mader.
Season Six Ratings

Telly’s Take
Despite declining ratings, it looked like Once Upon a Time would be renewed for a final seventh season. Now, star Jennifer Morrison has committed to appearing in only one more episode if the show is renewed. Can the show continue without one of its core characters (ala ABC’s plan for season nine of Castle)? I don’t think so and suspect that Once Upon a Time will end with season six.

Well Emma Swan is out, CS is out so I’m all for a renewal with no CS, Rumple always was the driving force of this show for me so Jennifer Morrison leaving doesn’t bother me.
Sure OUAT was a lot better the first two seasons, but it isn’t really one of those shows you watch because it’s all that amazing or well-written; it’s more like comfort food. Sometimes you’re just not in the mood to watch a masterpiece, you want to sit in front of the tv and watch entertaining characters playing out simple fun storylines. I really look forward to watching OUAT every week, so I hope it goes on for at least a few more seasons. I love this show. It took me two weeks, but I just streamed the first 5 seasons. I hope that it is back for another season. It’s hard to find good well written shows that allow you to escape the reality of life.
Please never cancel Once. Give it a 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th season. I’m not ready to say goodbye to my beloved characters and never will be either
I really wanna see one more season theres still so much to explore. they never said what happened with hook and tiger lily. plus after what rumple pulled I honestly think the final battle should be between the dark one and the savior not rumples mother shes nothing but the black fairy honestly not really important. ive watched this show since the beginning and fell in love with it. I would really love to see emma and hook have a baby also. the baby would be so so cute!!!
I like that idea of the final battle being between rumple and emma. That makes a lot more sense, viewers havent had time to care about the black fairy. A fight between the two most popular OUAT characters would be so much more intense.
Renew for season seven. Our family has been watching since the beginning and still enjoy the show. We would like to see more seasons created.
I have been watching since the beginning and would love to see more!! This Show has given my mother and I a weekly date since it’s start. There are so many ways this show could still go… if they can reform the Evil Queen they can take this show anywhere!! There have to be good story lines that Emma and Hook can have if they want to revamp the cast. There also have to be other villains they can use from the Grimm stories. Please give us loyal viewers more shows!!!
I just started watching Once Upon a time and I hope it makes it one more season. Albeit they need to have a show where the town just deals with the town and not a constant danger from one witch or another but please don’t cancel it!!!!!

Please keep the show. There is nothing for the middle age people to watch anymore. You say about ratings but when you have so many of the younger generation all they want is reality TV or all these zombie shows. Please keep in mind there are older viewers that appreciate it. Also it would be nice if not so many commercial breaks it’s every 5 minutes
This is my favorite show. I think it should be renewed for season 7. Maybe they need new writers or new material. There is so much more they could do with untold stories or something else. Surely there are other people with a what if curiosity. It’s taken 6 years for Emma and Hook to get together why not let them be happy and have other missions. Regina has changed so much, she and Gold can’t be the only villains.
Me and my daughters are praying they make another season we love it . We are totally hooked on the show so please let us see more xxxx

My wife and I have enjoyed this show from the beginning, but we have begun to lose interest. It would be good to end the show while people are still watching like they did with the show Lost.
