Batter up! Deadline reports FOX has ordered a new baseball drama titled Pitch.

The series comes from Rick Singer and Dan Fogelman, who has previously written the films Tangled, Cars, and The Guilt Trip.

The drama will center on a “young female pitcher who defies the odds when she becomes the first woman to play in the major leagues.” Actress Kylie Bunbury is attached to star as the lead. Bunbury previously starred on the ABC Family series Twisted.
