Freeform hasn’t announced it yet, but the unofficial consensus seems to be that there won’t be an eighth season of Pretty Little Liars — even though the show still has the best ratings on the cable channel. Could the show be renewed, possibly with a new cast? Stay tuned.
Pretty Little Liars continues to revolve around a group of young ladies from the little town of Rosewood, PA who have plenty of secrets. The show’s cast includes Troian Bellisario, Ashley Benson, Lucy Hale, Shay Mitchell, Sasha Pieterse, Ian Harding, Janel Parrish, Tyler Blackburn, Laura Leighton, Keegan Allen, Huw Collins, Drew Van Acker, Roberto Aguire, David Coussins, Nicholas Gonzalez, and Nia Peeples.

For comparisons: The sixth season of Pretty Little Liars averaged a 0.80 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 1.72 million viewers.

This show was amazing and even though it had many ups and downs, I personally think it had a great 7 season run and I will miss this show and the cast especially. It’s gotten a lot of criticism but even in its 7th and final season it was still the only show on Freeform to average over 1 Million Viewers. Losing this show could bring trouble for Freeform.
Pretty little liars is the best show ever and I am OBSESSED with it. Please leave the same actors and renew it for season 8. Changing the actors would only make it awkward and confusing, noting that we(fans of PLL) already love the actors and have seen them growing up and change.
Pretty Little Liars is the best show on Freeform and my favorite show in general. Very excited for the final episodes to start airing in April! It’s also pretty cool that even in the final season this is the only show on Freeform for none of the episodes to fall under a million in total viewership!
pll is a really good show i love it and i hope they renew the season i also would like to see it keep on going
PLL is my fave show. 6B was a really bad season, but season 7 is by far AMAZING!
