we turned it off after watching the first few seasons…the running “cancer’ theme became depressing and redundant…

Absolutely THE best on TV. Period. Liev S. is an exceptional actor and the rest of the casting is spectacular. I live in California, but every Sunday, like the Donovans, get to go back to Southie. Almost impossible to do, but this cast does it!
Great drama with lots of twists and turns. Never disappoints. Hope it’s renewed for another season.
