Behind the Scenes
• | Though the series was the highest-rated sitcom on CW, the network felt that it didn’t fit their desired demographic. The final episode was produced prior to the cancellation notice and was designed to give some closure just in case it became the series’ last. |
• | In the May 30, 2007 issue of Variety, 20th Century Fox TV president Gary Newman lamented that the series wasn’t allowed to reach its potential. He said, “The WB didn’t really know how to communicate with advertisers or expand their audience to make it work. I’m convinced that it could have been a big hit on CBS or ABC.” |
Please put Reba back on during the morning to early afternoon line-up because Full House SUCKS!
I agree!! I loved getting my Reba fix for the day!!
Full house ROCKS
Looks like another case just like Last Man Standing anybody who has a conservative Outlook is shut down for a liberal Society these networks keep pushing a liberal agenda on all of the American public some of us do not want the liberal agenda as is evident we voted for a conservative president and conservative Congress most of America does not want the liberal agenda
They weren’t cancelled due to politics.Actors contracts are generally for 6-7 years and they were up.Tim’s salary on LMS is high a d Reba likley didn’t come cheap either and shows get more exspensive the older They are.LMS was also not owned by ABC making it more exspensive.Plus ratings for both shows declined.Reba was a unfortunate causality of the wb-UPN merger where all the sitcoms were cancelled & they couldn’t/didn’t keep every show from each network.
I ONLY watch REBA reruns, I wont watch Reruns of ANY OTHERT SHOW ! they are a WASTE of TIME, but REBA I can watch over and over ! I HATE that they Cancelled Reba I’m a Senior and REBA is my Top # 1 Show of my Entire Life ! Bring it Back PLEASE !!!
What a shame they cancelled this show. I’ve recently started watching reruns and I love it. The best show on TV.
At first, I thought the show was just glorifying teenage pregnancy!!! But, after watching it repeatedly, I saw a young MAN–Van–who took responsibility, endured his parents’ disdain, and married “the girl.” It was also refreshing to watch a divorced woman with enough chutzpah to admit how scarred she was by her husband leaving her. Although, Reba’s CONSTANT potshots at Barbra-Jean got TIRED……..real fast!!, she DID…….actually stand UP…….. to Reba. I also liked the way Reba confronted Brock about ruining their family.
Loved the show. One thing I always wondered though. Brock and Barbara Jean spent a lot of time at Reba’s at the same time. I always wondered where Henry was or who was watching him during those times.
I wish they would bring this show back, I’ve been watching reruns and still can’t figure our WHY it was canceled!!
I love the show and just like you wish it would come back
Where do you watch the reruns?
Freeform, tvland and cmt all show reruns
Foxtel 111 Comedy channel.
It was cancelled due to declining ratings, cast contracts likley up ,high cost & two networks merging and unable to keep all shows from each and getting rid of comdies.
I love this show as a matter of fact I’m watching it right now. … They need to bring this show back.
Im love the show Reba sorry Divorce Brock with you Kids
