Sorry Reckless fans, there won’t be a second season of the steamy summer legal drama. CBS has cancelled the series after one season of 13 episodes.
Reckless revolves around a beautiful litigator from the north and a charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction as a police sex scandal erupts in Charleston, South Carolina. The TV show’s cast includes Cam Gigandet, Anna Wood, Shawn Hatosy, Georgina Haig, Adam Rodríguez, Michael Gladis, Kim Wayans, and Gregory Harrison.
The series debuted in late June to just a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.99 million total viewers. The numbers didn’t get much better over the course of the season and ended up averaging just a 0.6 demo rating with 3.91 million viewers. The network burned off the final episodes on a Saturday night.

This was an excellent show, I did not discover it until I found it on Netflix. Was hooked from the very first episode. Would like to see it return.

This show was amazing!! It should NOT be cancelled! The actors and actresses were amazing! The show was very interesting and kept you in your toes at all times! I think their should be a second, and third, and twentieth season!

CBS sucks!!!! This show is good! Sexy and smart. Legal cases are interesting. All there is on TV now are reality shows which are all edited and crazy. Keep good shows like this on TV. Very disappointed.

I hadn’t really heard of this show until it showed up on Netflix (and Hulu). I think that the advertisement of the show must have been flawed, but it should definitely get a second chance.

This show was so good! This just made me so upset it was a very interesting show with great actor and actresses ! It should not have been cancelled I wanted to see way more of the story unfold! Please bring it back I was really looking forward to season 2!
I’m so sad this show isn’t returning! I didn’t even know about this show until they put it on netflix. I thought there was more than one season….almost finished the whole season in 2 nights. Finished the last episode and find out there is no season 2! We LOVED the show!!!! Please bring it back…I loved Roy & Jamies character & the drama between the two……phenomenal!
