Sorry Reckless fans, there won’t be a second season of the steamy summer legal drama. CBS has cancelled the series after one season of 13 episodes.
Reckless revolves around a beautiful litigator from the north and a charming southern attorney who must hide their intense mutual attraction as a police sex scandal erupts in Charleston, South Carolina. The TV show’s cast includes Cam Gigandet, Anna Wood, Shawn Hatosy, Georgina Haig, Adam Rodríguez, Michael Gladis, Kim Wayans, and Gregory Harrison.
The series debuted in late June to just a 0.7 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.99 million total viewers. The numbers didn’t get much better over the course of the season and ended up averaging just a 0.6 demo rating with 3.91 million viewers. The network burned off the final episodes on a Saturday night.

I just don’t get it, there was a lot of chemistry between all of the characters.
This was a great show – loved watching Jamie and Roy always battling in the courtroom. Too bad CBS felt it wasn’t worthy of another season 🙁
I WANT A SEASON 2 uggh the show is amazing and you cant just leave cliff hangers like that you got to atleast finish the rest of it. It CAN NOT AND I REPEAT CAN NOT end this way SEASON 2 please.
It was a great show between two attorneys fighting for what is right. Great writing to keep the story line intriguing and explosive during the series I finale.
Please bring back for season 2.

It must have not been enough cussing and brudel murdering for CBS and the public to do season 2.CBS couldn’t just have let the show go on without all that crap in it what a shame for normal people like us . I thought it was a great show they air so much crap on there without having high scores of viewing should have took some of that crap off and let reckless stay on…..

The show got 10 out of 10 for its story telling, suspense, intrigue and viewership.
Cannot believe it has been cancelled. Shows with nmoral ethics are cancelled but movies about senseless murder, rape, pillaging continued to be aired. CBS recently cancelled another series with family values.
Don’t end the series. Love it. Please continue with Season 2
