While characters of Revolution try to find a way to recover the world’s power, NBC is trying to recover their ratings power. If the TV series can help them or not will ultimately determine if the show is cancelled or renewed for a second season.
The show’s large cast includes Billy Burke, Tracy Spiridakos, Anna Lise Phillips, Graham Rogers, JD Pardo, Zak Orth, Maria Howell, David Lyons, Giancarlo Esposito, Tim Guinee, Elizabeth Mitchell, Derek Webster, and Daniella Alonso.
The first season of Revolution typically airs Monday nights at 10pm. NBC has ordered 13 20 episodes. Below are the TV show’s latest ratings for the first season, the best way to tell if Revolution will stick around long enough for the series’ storyline to conclude.

It was a very positive start for Revolution. It retained most of the viewers from lead-in The Voice and most watched the entire episode. NBC released the first episode online earlier this month so some people may have watched that and not tuned in to see it on television.
Compared to last year’s timeslot occupant (The Playboy Club), NBC was up by 156% in the demo and 132% in total viewers.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.
What do you think? Do you like the Revolution TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a second season?
Can’t leave us without power.
Love love this show!!!! Sick and tired of loving a show only to have it cancelled!!!!!!
Good story line but the casting could have been better. Characters do not seem to be as good as those for Lost.
interesting and addictive, Save it!
What a refreshing show with great imagination and thought provoking episodes leaving you wanting more and more each week. Please renew this series as it is so much better than watching another reality show or crime show “already been there/ done it.” This really puts you on your toes and makes you think “what if.” We need more of these shows instead of the same old stuff we have been watching for the last couple of years. I can’t wait for a new episode each week and see how each new character will play out. Please keep REVOLUTION on as… Read more »
put it back on at 9 a lot of us love the show and it’s too late at 10
i would like to a season 2 of revolution. it’s refreshing to see new ideas for programs.
I love Revolution. the Mob Doctor, Castle and the Voice! Please bring them all back!!!
I adore Revolution, and I watch every episode, and I always want more! If the show will be canceled it, please, finish it. I need explanations!
[…] 18-49 demographic, registering a 4.2 rating with 12.2 million total viewers. The winter finale of Revolution garnered a 2.9 in the demo (+12% week-to-week change) with 8.7 […]
This show will obviously be canceled, it’s a complete ****. Why has everything reverted back to looking like the Wild West, the sets are a joke, it has gone nowhere all season. I really tried to give it a chance, but who are we kidding, what a waste of time.
Man some of you people are remedial. Network television NEEDS shows like Revolution. If they cancel it, then that would be the nail in the coffin of watching any shows on the so called “major” networks ever again. HBO, AMC, Showtime etc will be the only ones getting my viewership. The large majority of network shows are either redundant crime dramas, reality garbage, horribly lame PG/PG 13 comedies, or shows geared towards self indulgent women. Keep a post-apocalyptic show on the air for once, basic cable networks. You already cancelled a great on in Jericho. Leave it alone.
Love it, keep it, get rid of those ‘highly scripted’ reality tv crap shows! It’s entertainment, those commentators discussing science and the ridiculousness of the show, DON’T watch it! Don’t insult folks for wanting to see something besides reality junk, I watch Revolution because it’s entertaining.
[…] viewers. Compared to last week’s episode, that was down by 16% week-to-week in the demo. Revolution then held steady with a 2.6 rating and 7.0 […]
Please keep this show on the air for another season!!! My whole family looks up to watching it every week! Has very good acting, and an absolutely outstanding storyline! Best show ever on tv, compared to all the other garbage, like family guy, or the voice. This stands out among the other popular shows.
