Rick and Morty are returning soon. According to Cinema Blend, season three of the Adult Swim animated series will premiere at the end of this year.

The series was renewed for a third season back in October.

Created by Justin Roiland and Community’s Dan Harmon, Rick and Morty follows the interdimensional adventures of Rick Sanchez (Roiland), an alcoholic scientist, and his teenage grandson, Morty (also voiced by Roiland). Chris Parnell, Sarah Chalke, and Spencer Grammer also provide voices.

During a panel for the show, Harmon said the series would return for new episodes at the end of 2016:

I think Season 3 is—we’re targeting around the end of this year… You guys do realize we’re at the beginning of this year?”

Harmon added that season three would contain four more episodes than season two, which ran for 10 episodes.
