The boys are back … sort of. CBS has released a new trailer for their upcoming crime action series, Rush Hour.
The show is based on the popular film franchise of the same name that starred Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker as two unlikely partners solving crimes.
The TV series comes from the same producers as the film, Arthur Sarkissian and Brett Ratner. It stars Jon Foo as Detective Lee, a martial arts expert and detective from Hong Kong, and Justin Hires as Detective Carter. Wendie Malick and Aimee Garcia also star.
The series will premiere sometime later in the 2015-2016 season.
Take a look at the trailer here.
What do you think? Are you a fan of the original Rush Hour movies? Would you watch the TV series?

I always thought it was a good show sorry to hear it was cancelled.
This show will be a huge success! Congrats to Justin Hires for casting this role. He will bring his own character to the show. No he will not try to be Chis Tucker!! He will be Justin Hires, who is one funny dude:-)!!
Why didn’t they just make another movie? The last three were enjoyable if not ground breaking.
MY EYES! they BUUUUURRRRRNNNNN, this thing is worse than Battle Creek
I would have to see a few episodes To really make up my mind on what I think of this but I really feel that without Jackie Chan and Chris Tucker this will not do so well
Saw the trailer. It looks absolutely awful. Why did they do this?
