Salvation will end its first, and possibly last season, next week, and details for the finale have been released. The series has not yet been renewed for a second season, and ratings for the series have been low at .52 in the demo numbers and an average of 3.564 million viewers.
CBS revealed the full details about the Salvation finale, titled “The Plot Against America,” in a press release. Check that out below.
“Harris, Grace and Darius must topple the illegitimate government, and Darius makes final plans for the ark, on the season finale of SALVATION, Wednesday, Sept. 20 at a special time (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Yes I most definitely want a second season. The actors are fantastic Santiago, Ian, Jennifer and Charlie are doing a great job with their characters. Love the syfy and suspense and mystery. Please bring it back. Also the rating was one of the best for the summer and it never wavered.
Please keep this outstanding show going. It would be a shame not to.
It should be renewed in my opinion because it has maintained its ratings. Summer shows and science fiction tend to perform poorly on network TV, so the audience numbers should have been about what they expected.

Please continue with this show. I love it!!! Remember Seinfeld ratings were not good the first year and they considered canceling it. They gave it another chance and look what happened. Please do not cancel this show, Salvation. It is great!
I like this show. One of the few summer replacement shows worth while. If I see another reality show being offered I think I’ll scream. Wish cbs would give this show a chance to develope its audience.

I would really like toe see it expand in the second season. I agree with the writer that it’s very annoying when they end on a cliffhanger and never come back.

YES!!!! RENEW IT, PLEASE. It’s as great show. There is so much garbage on TV and this show is good…no idea why more people are not watching it…maybe it’s in a bad time slot or not enough people are aware of the show.
One of the better shows on TV. I guess that means it won’t get renewed they always cancel the good shows.
The series was slow to begin but it has become very exciting. Many twists and turns. Hope they do not cancel but if they do, let’s hope there is a legitimate ending.
Yes I would like to see a second season if the first season ends on a cliffhanger. It is so annoying when these series end on a cliffhanger and are not renewed. If they think they are not going to be renewed then it should have closure in the season finale.

I seriously doubt that it will be back. The wife liked it but I just can’t seem to get into it.
