BEVERLY HILLS, CA – July 26, 2019 – Hallmark Drama, Crown Media Family Networks’ third linear network, will debut two new, original movies in 2020 as part of its strategy of adding original content to the schedule. Slated to debut in 2020, the sequel to the original movie “JL Family Ranch” and the latest installment of fan-favorite movie franchise “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” will mark the latest offerings of Hallmark Drama’s growing slate of proprietary original content and serve as the first original movie premieres developed for the burgeoning network. The announcement was made today as part of Crown Media Family Networks’ bi-annual Television Critics Summer Press Tour.
Starring Jon Voight, Teri Polo, James Caan, Bo Derek, Dylan Walsh, Trevor Donovan Judson Mills, Abby Brammell, and Skyler Shaye the story of “JL Family Ranch,” follows the trials and tribulations of a veteran rancher and former sheriff as he fights the federal bureaucracy to keep his family ranch when a grudge-seeking enemy attempts to throw land ownership into question with false documents.
From acclaimed executive producer Martha Williamson, “Signed, Sealed, Delivered” has been one of Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ most beloved franchises. The comedic drama follows the lives of postal workers – known as the POstables – who transform themselves into an untraditional team of detectives to track down intended recipients of undeliverable mail. Their missions take them out of the office into an unpredictable world where redirected letters and packages can save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures by arriving late but somehow on time. Having first premiered on the network in 2014, the franchise stars Eric Mabius, Kristin Booth, Crystal Lowe, and Geoff Gustafson, who are all reprising their roles.”
What do you think? Are you a fan of the Signed, Sealed, Delivered franchise? Will you watch the new movie?
I can’t get enough of Signed, Sealed, Delivered. I love the show, content, themes, and the best group of actors ever! I would hope we could get two movies a year. And don’t ever change the actors!
This is by far the best series Hallmark has ever done. Along with many other viewers, I can’t
stand the fact that Hallmark has separate channels. Not all of us can afford the extra cost of
adding the Drama channel to our already high satellite bills.
I am a fan!! This show has depth..faith..fun..quirky romance..mystery..it has it all! I will surely watch JL Family ranch! Thank you for listening to the people.
I am a postable and love the SSD movies, best on TV. Like JJ Ranch also. Looking forward to both. We have 3 hallmark channels and have Now, watch constantly!!
Oh I cant wait. When will it come to UK tv does anyone know
We wait with worm on tongue! (For the youngsters out there, that’s a Mork & Mindy reference.)
I’m so sad that I will not be able to watch one of my all time favorite shows. I can not pay for an additional channel. I feed somewhat abandoned by Hallmark. So many good shows and movies I will never be able to watch. I have had to accept that you are a company in business to make money not be someone I have thought of as a friend. Good luck with your new endeavors.
This is upsetting, I do not get hallmark drama channel, please show it on the regular channels.
why can’t SSD come back as a series again? waiting SO long between movies is frustrating , we need MORE MORE MORE MORE of this show!! It is the best thing on TV right now and for a long long time!!!
What!!!! I do not get the Hallmark drama channel and I have been a loyal “watcher” of Signed, Sealed, Delivered….please rethink this!! You owe this to all of your loyal watchers!
Tell me its not true that 2020 will be the finale for this show.
I so look forward to each and every one!
I am very disappointed that the Signed Sealed and Delivered finale is going to be aired on Hallmark Drama instead of the Hallmark channel that it originated on. I love this show and feel sad that after watching since its inception, I will not be able to see the finale, Please consider broadcasting it on both channels.
I am disappointed that Signed Sealed and Delivered finale is not going to be shown on the original Hallmark channel that the show had debuted on so that all fans can see it. Not everyone has the Hallmark Drama channel. Please reconider and show the finale on both Hallmark channels.
Why on the Drama channel? It should be on the Hallmark channel it originated on so all fans can see the finale. Not everyone has the Drama channel.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the show and the cast…
