What do you think? Have you been watching season two of the Six TV series? If it were up to you, would Six have been cancelled or renewed for season three on History?
Heartbroken!!! Love Six. Such a quality program!!! 🙁
Six is one of the greatest shows I’ve seen in a while. Writing Walton Goggins out of the show was a mistake, as his character gave so much to the mood of the show. He was the one with the deepest backstory, hence why you would care for him. And to top that, Walton is just a great actor in general.
The rest of the cast does provide fantastic military tactical fiction you do not see anywhere else.
Shame to see it end.
Great show but hard to stay interested when watching it live because of the ridiculous number of commercials. Must’ve been a commercial break every five minutes. We watched the first season on DVD and that was a much better viewing experience.
I thought the show was exciting and well played. The actors believable, thought provoking storyline and enough action to be enjoyed but not overdone. It is a true shame that this series will end at Season 2. It’s hard to find good drama with edge of your seat episodes on tv today. Six filled that void. Now that void will be filled with what? More reality? I think we get enough scripted reality already. Like the evening news.
This show is great! I don’t understand why it would be cancelled. It’s my favorite show on TN right now. The Brave, another of my favorite shows, was also cancelled. I’m guessing people are just getting tired about military dramas on TV? Sad to see. A show like the bachelor has lasted for years and a show like SIX can’t get more than 2 seasons is asinine.
I’m so disappointed. I really enjoyed watching SIX. It had elements that kept both me & my husband engaged. There’s no other series that we both like to watch. Hopefully it will get picked up by another network. Wrong move History channel!
It was a great TV show. Some cheap reality show will probably take its place. Season One was great! Exciting! I loved the recent history story relationships. Season Two has been a bit boring. This should be contentious…. We want to watch more action … it was tremendous
Obviously it was a great show which means it had to be canceled. Some cheap reality show will probably take its place. That is the way things are going these days with the ”
Dumming” of America.
What a downer! This show was great to watch. What dummy over at the history channel decided to pull the plug on this show?
Being in the military, this is one of the shows that doesn’t disgrace the service. Why is it an absolutely amazing show comes our way and it gets cancelled. I do miss Walton Goggins. But there are other ways the show makes up for it. There are calm moments before the storm in the military. I hope another network picks up the show.
Super sucks… this show was good. Being a military spouse and have several close friends in the teams it was good to see things portrayed good.
Season One was great! Exciting! I loved the recent history story relationships. Season Two has been a bit boring. I’m missing Walton Goggins. I hope it will get picked up by another network where it will get more exposure. History channel didn’t promote or market this terrific show enough and there was too much time before Season Two began.
Bummer. Liked the show. Something my spouse and I enjoyed together. Ratings due to flaw in story. They made the family lives so horrible. We are a military family. Yes stress there but family strength and support creates the soldier. Maybe redo writing style on family portrayal instead of giving up on whole concept. Show the good these men do and the amazing support of family.
“SIX” was a favorite and we were sorry that it was cancelled. I am thinking viewers wanted to see more action and less psychobabel…While I appreciate the references to PTSS, every show highlighting some emotional conflict in Season 2 was not what most folks watched the show to see.
Why not bring it back with more action and fewer dramatic conflicts between the guys and their spouses. Some is OK, but not a weekly diet of it. I thought the actors were great.
This is a great show and may show the problems our seal teams really have. I find it interesting and compelling and I as sorry history is letting it go. Viewership may be down to the real life aspects of it. People may rather pretend then be faced with existing horror.
This is the only show on history my husband and I watch. I came across it on hulu and we watched the whole first season in 2 nights to catch up and then we had to get the history channel app just to watch the second season which we have to watch next day because the history channel app does not load it on Wednesday. It is our favorite show and we are very very disappointed it has been cancelled!!! I really hope another company picks it up. It’s by far the best show on television now days with all… Read more »
