TV show description:
Set in London, this dark-humored drama follows the French Bastiere brothers who endured a secret childhood trauma.

Younger brother, Jean (Marc-André Grondin), runs a successful crime scene cleanup business. His inner turmoil, and his involvement with Claire Wiseman (Tanya Fear), belies the pristine, picture perfect appearance of Jean’s life with his beautiful wife and children.

Estranged older brother, Martin (Denis Ménochet), arrives at Jean’s London home, broke and on the lam. Scarred by their childhood, Martin has lived a chaotic and criminal life fueled by sex, drugs, and alcohol. When Jean finds his brother cleaning up what seems to be a murder, he puts his professional skills to work, in order to help Martin.

Enamored of Jean’s domestic life, Martin draws the family together, even while dragging his brother into corruption. A homemaker while her children were young, Jean’s wife Julie (Miranda Raison), feels ready for new pursuits, but lacks direction. When Martin’s presence unsettles her family and brings hidden truths to light, Julie resolves to take the reins of her future.

East London mobster, Nelson Clay (Brendan Coyle), is a respected, skilled deal-maker. When word of Jean’s meticulous crime scene cleanups reaches his ears, he drafts the unwilling Bastiere brothers into his service.
