What’s in store for the next season of Supernatural? Recently, star Jensen Ackles spoke with TVLine about the CW series’ 14th season.
The long-running drama stars Jared Padaldecki and Jensen Ackles as Sam and Dean Winchester, two brothers who investigate supernatural phenomena. The cast also includes Misha Collins, Mark Pellegrino, and Alexander Calvert.
As reported earlier, The CW has ordered only 20 episodes for season 14 of Supernatural instead of the standard 22 or 23. Speaking to TVLine, Ackles explained the reason for the shorter seasons, saying it gives the cast and crew a little more time off:
Shaving a couple of episodes off gives us almost a extra month out of our year, which when you only get about a two-and-half-month hiatus, it goes really quickly.”
Season 14 of Supernatural debuts on The CW on October 11th at 8 p.m. ET/PT.

My 15 year old grandson got me watching this a couple of years ago and I’m addicted to it at nearly 61 years old! Here is what I would like to see in Season 14: What Lucifer didn’t count on was when he started draining Jack’s grace, he was also receiving the love for humanity he has inside, and finds himself changing from evil to good! He then nurses Jack back to full health and strength, and knowing that Heaven needs more… Read more »
