The family returns. Season two of The Carmichael Show will debut in spring 2016, according to the show’s official Twitter.
Created by comedian Jerrod Carmichael, the sitcom follows a fictionalized version of Carmichael’s family and is set in North Carolina. The series stars Carmichael, Amber Stevens West, Lil Rel Howery, and David Alan Grier.
Season one of the comedy premiered on NBC on August 16th, 2015, with decent ratings. The series was renewed for a second season in September.
No word on an exact premiere date yet.
