Temptation Tuesdays are returning for the last time on OWN. The cable channel has announced that the final eight episodes of The Haves and the Have Nots will debut on Tuesday, June 1st, at 8/7c. After airing the first eight installments of season eight, OWN announced the show would be coming to an end in May. A series finale date has not yet been officially revealed but, it looks like the series will wrap on July 20th with its 196th episode.
A primetime soap, The Haves and the Have Nots stars John Schneider, Tika Sumpter, Angela Robinson, Renee Lawless, Crystal Fox, Peter Parros, Tyler Lepley, Gavin Houston, and Aaron O’Connell. The drama centers on the complicated dynamic between the Cryer, Harrington, and Young families of Savannah, Georgia. In season eight of this drama series from Tyler Perry, Judge Cryer (Schneider) and his rich friends are all finding out what happens when personal flaws go unchecked. Karma has not been kind to the elite one-percenters.
The eighth season of The Haves and the Have Nots averages a 0.18 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.07 million viewers in the live+same day ratings. Compared to season seven, that’s down by 28% in the demo and down by 19% in viewership.

Enjoyed the show. Tyler Perry why didn’t you have Lloyd who is President of bank where Candance stole Jim’s money brought up on charges? You informed Jim and as president you know she stole the money by setting up dummy corporation. You never brought back informant that worked for Candance that was under cover. Please let story end by bringing down Veronica, no one can get away with everything.

I love the Haves and Have Nots. Every time a good interesting show comes on they cancel it. We need more of this show.

I love the haves and have nots . I’m sad to see it go. All TP stuff is remarkable . I’d look forward to similar series/ dramas as this and “if loving you is wrong.”
I’m glad this show is not being renewed. Most of the storylines had become so unrealistic. Example, Jeffrey, Justin and Justin’s brother’s storyline. There were many more, (in my opinion) but I won’t make my comment here a total negative one.

Very disappointed that you are ending the series of the HAHNs and after ending If Loving You Is Wrong while leaving people hanging without a proper ending you are ruining any series you make in the future because I will not follow anymore of your series and look at your ratings on these after what you have done to us.
Should not cancel HAHN. Best sitcom on television. Rethink the decision of cancelling the show. NOT A WISE CHOICE
Huge mistake to cancel HAHNs. Bad enough “If loving you is wrong” was canceled. These decisions need to be re thought.
At first it was love thy neighbor then For Better or For Worse then it went to If Loving You Is Wrong and now you’re doing away with the Haves and the Have Nots what is really going damn
