The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Can’t believe they have cancelled the show yet there is rubbish on like big bother all the best shows get cancelled please bring it back
I am from the UK and am absolutely devastated that ‘The Tomorrow People’ will not carry on to a second season as I can hand on heart say that this is one of my favourite shows as it had me hooked on each and every episode! I cannot believe that this show has been cancelled due to ratings in the US!

why on planet earth is this show being canceled!i live in the UK and my friends and i absolutely love this program now i find out there may not be a season 2!it may not get as much viewers in the us as it does in the UK in fact it set the e4 most viewers record with i think it it was almost 1.5 million i hope they make the right decision and clean up this catastrophic mess that they have made.

Love Love Love this programme, hate that just because it didnt get a good enough rating in US us UK folk have to suffer, we love it over here, another programme cancelled, the programme makers are always cancelling on us just as we are getting into it other programmes cancelled:
