The CW is starting over on Monday nights. They’ve cancelled both Star-Crossed and The Tomorrow People after one season apiece.
On The Tomorrow People, a teenager (Robbie Amell) discovers that he has paranormal abilities. He also learns that others like him have gone into hiding because they’re being hunted by a paramilitary group of scientists known as Ultra. The rest of the cast includes Luke Mitchell, Peyton List, Aaron Yoo, Mark Pellegrino, and Madeleine Mantock.
The drama debuted back in October and aired on Wednesday nights, paired with the network’s popular Arrow series. It performed well in the beginning but the ratings fell over the course of the season, dropping as low as a 0.4 rating in the 18-49 demographic and 1.24 million viewers.
The series moved to Monday nights and lost even more viewers. In last April, The Tomorrow People hit a series low, drawing just 760,000 viewers.
The season (now series) finale, which aired this week, left plenty of story opportunities for a second season but it won’t be happening.

Great, t.v. show, a shame the cw cancelled it after one season. A second season would have been fantastic To think why Jedikiah was forming a team at the end?what was he preparing for? exactly how powerful is john? what would Stephen have done when approached by Jedikiah and john?

This is kind of dumb the show was really good I don’t understand the reason for shouting it down even though lots of people do not like the show the CW let down the 760,000 people that liked it. I know the show should contiune with or without the CW. Long live tomorrow people
I also think you should run a second seson . I mean i am in South Africa not in the US but if i was there i would be sure to have watched it it’s a great season . Run season 2 !!!! Or at least let us watch it online or on youtube
Why not run season 2 on Netflix many of the marvel series have done well on there along with once upon a time and extant

The hole idea of ratings is BS the tomorrow people was a great show and the cast was perfect for it maybe if they put me in it, it could be better lol just kidding.
